Our barrel-aged balsamic vinegar is produced traditionally from Trebbiano grapes in Modena, Italy. It has been slowly aged to perfection for up to 18 years in wood casks to give the flavor a beautiful balance between acidity and sweetness with a thick, velvety texture. This vinegar can be reduced to create a fine sauce for meats, mixed with olive oil for the perfect dressing, or simply used as a dipping sauce for bread.
