  • To prepare, bring 6 qt. of lightly salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi to water, lower heat to a gentle boil & cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring intermittently, or until the gnocchi floats to the surface. Be careful not to overcook, as the gnocchi will begin to dissolve. Drain and serve immediately.
