A gnocchi tot is an artisan, handmade tater tot! Shredded russet potatoes are hand-mixed with fresh potatoes and seasoned with garlic and onion for light, fluffy dumplings perfect for frying with a tender fried outside and airy, flavorful inside! Only fry or air fry (do not boil). They also make a lovely addition to any breakfast replacing potatoes or hash browns.

To prepare, pour enough oil into a deep fryer or heavy saucepot to fully submerge the gnocchi tots. Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C). While the oil is heating, set up a plate lined with paper towels to drain the tots after frying. Carefully add the frozen gnocchi tots to the hot oil (do not overcrowd, fry in batches if necessary). Fry the gnocchi tots for about 3-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the gnocchi tots from the oil and place on the paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite sauce!
